"El Misterio de El Bosco" represents the world's first fully immersive exhibition dedicated entirely to the Flemish master. Launched at Nomad Museo Inmersivo in Madrid—the city holding the world's most significant collection of his physical paintings at El Prado—the installation was engineered to serve as a deep sensory prelude to the originals.
The core production challenge required meticulously deconstructing Bosch’s dense, microscopic compositions. The team separated individual figures, mythological beasts, and symbolic elements across multiple depth planes, rebuilding them into large-scale, fluid motion graphic assets. These assets were synchronized across a 360-degree high-definition mapping grid on the floors and walls of the main hall.
The final experience treats the physical venue as a holistic canvas, allowing audiences to physically walk through the surreal transitions of Eden, earthly temptation, and the nightmares of Hell. The visual timeline is paired with an evocative, custom-composed soundtrack by Spanish artist Adrián Berenguer, establishing an absolute benchmark in technical scale and narrative sensory design.
